How it works
One factory order a month, picked up in St. Louis. Here is the timeline and the answers to the questions we get most.

Order online
Add sticks to your cart and check out securely. In-stock items are ready now; pre-order items join the current monthly batch.

We place one order
On the 1st of each month all pre-orders combine into a single factory order. That volume is what gets you wholesale pricing.
- 03
Sticks get built
Manufacturing takes about a month. Real carbon layup, not a rush job.
- 04
The batch lands in STL
Roughly two weeks later the shipment arrives. We inspect every stick before it goes out.

You pick up
We email your pickup window. Collect your sticks and keep the shipping money.

Questions we get most
Why are your hockey sticks cheaper?+
Three reasons: we buy factory-direct by the pallet, we don't run a retail storefront, and you pick up locally so nobody pays oversized-item shipping. Same T1100/T800 carbon construction, far less overhead.
When do I get my sticks?+
Pre-orders lock on the 1st of each month. The batch takes about a month to manufacture, then roughly two weeks to ship to St. Louis, about six weeks total. We email you the moment your order is ready for pickup. Need something sooner? The In Stock page lists sticks on the shelf right now.
Where is pickup?+
The St. Louis metro area. The exact address and pickup window are in your ready-for-pickup email.
Do you ship?+
No. Local pickup is how we keep the price down; a full-length stick costs $25 or more to ship as an oversized parcel.
What if a stick is defective or breaks?+
Every stick is covered for 30 days from purchase. If one breaks or fails, file a claim on the Warranty page with your order number and photos of the break and the manufacturing info on the shaft. Approved claims get a replacement stick, from stock if we have it, otherwise on the next batch.
Which flex should I pick?+
A common starting point is about half your body weight in pounds. Lighter flex loads easier for wrist shots; stiffer flex suits bigger players and slap shots. Youth and junior sticks come in flexes sized for those players.
Do I need an account?+
No. Guest checkout works, and you can look up any order by its order number. An account just makes order history easier to find.
How do payments work?+
Checkout is handled by Clover. Your card details never touch our servers.
