Broke a stick?
Manufacturing defects and breakage are covered for 30 days from purchase. File the claim online with a couple of photos and your order number. Approved claims get a replacement stick.

- ✓Manufacturing defects: delamination, cracked shafts, blade separation.
- ✓We replace it. From stock if we have your build, otherwise on the next batch order.
Before you start
What you'll need
- 01Your order numberIt's in your order confirmation email. Every claim is verified against the original order.
- 02Photos of the break and the markingsClear shots of the damage, plus a photo of the manufacturing info printed on the shaft. Both are required. Up to 5 images (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC).
- 03A quick descriptionHow it broke and when you noticed. More detail means a faster approval.
Outside the 30-day window, or bought in bulk through a club? Email us anyway and we'll do what we can.
