Manufacturing defects and breakage are covered for 30 days from purchase. File your claim online with a couple photos and your order number — approved claims get a replacement stick.
What's covered
- ✓Sticks that break or fail within 30 days of purchase.
- ✓Manufacturing defects — delamination, cracked shafts, blade separation.
- ✓We replace it. If your stick is in stock it's ready right away; otherwise it goes on the next batch order.
What you'll need
- 1Your order numberIt's in your order confirmation email. We verify every claim against the original order.
- 2Photos of the break — and the markingsClear shots of the damage, plus a photo of the manufacturing info printed on the shaft. Both are required. Up to 5 images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC).
- 3A quick descriptionHow it broke and when you noticed. The more detail, the faster we can approve.
